Today’s catch comes from the LA electronic trio, Cannons. Michelle Joy, Ryan Clapham, & Paul Davis formed the band in 2013, but it was last year where they really made a name for themselves with the hit single “Fire for You”. This was off their 2019 album Shadows. Well, this past week Cannons have released a one-off single…a cover as a matter of fact. Today’s catch is the cover of Kings of Leon’s “Sex on Fire“, and it’s pretty impressive. The electronics, vocals, and rearrangement of the song make it sound like a fresh new track. I have to say it’s pretty impressive! Per their YouTube page…
