This week, Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus offered tribute to the late Cars frontman Ric Ocasek in the wake of Ocasek’s passing, releasing a cover of the Rock Hall vets’ “Just What I Needed.” Hoppus says he recorded the song a couple of years ago for inclusion on a tv show that never aired. “Go listen to The Cars,” says Hoppus, on the Soundcloud entry that includes the cover:
