Today’s catch comes from Dan Snaith, aka Caribou. It was in 2014 when Caribou released their last full album; however, this past week they announced the release of a brand new LP called Suddenly. It will be out at the end of February, and will contain the today’s catch “You and I“, which is the 2nd single from the new record. I”m a big fan of Dan Snaith especially under the Caribou name, and I have to say that this is one of his finest tracks since “Odessa”. The electro-psychedelic song doesn’t follow the rules of any normal format when it comes to it’s structure, which makes this one of the most creative tunes of 2019. Absolutely incredible. It’s good to see the return of Caribou and I can’t wait for the entire album to come out. You can listen to today’s catch from Caribou called “You and I” in the YouTube player below. Good things!
