21 year old Finneas O’Connell has toyed with fame–besides his own efforts as a singer-songwriter, he’s been seen in recurring roles in tv’s Glee and Modern Family, and even had a role in Bad Teacher back near the top of the decade–before stepping to the background as little sister Billie Eilish’s chief collaborator. Now, with Billie’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? out, Finneas has had time to focus on his own material again, under the moniker FINNEAS.  Check out the all-new “I Lost A Friend”, released just before the weekend:

Like his sister’s, FINNEAS’ songwriting voice suggests wisdom well-beyond his years.  This fall, we get both sibs at Austin City Limits Festival–Billie headlining with Finneas onstage with her, and her brother playing earlier in the day (guest appearance, anyone?).
