Happy Friday Y’all! We made it through another week in 2019, and we’re being rewarded with some new music from some of our favorite artists!
First up, we have new music from Walk The Moon. The Ohio-based rock band took to social media this morning to share the release of their newest single “Timebomb,” which can be found on all streaming platforms now. The single follows the band’s latest album What If Nothing, but has a completely different, more upbeat, vibe. The band is set to tour this year and have been announced as part of this year’s Bonnaroo lineup. You can find more tour info via the band’s website; unfortunately the band is not scheduled to play any shows here in Texas.
Gary Clark Jr. has released the music video for the single “This Land,” which will be part of the singer-songwriter’s first studio album since 2015. The album, also titled This Land, will be released on February 22nd via Warner Bros. Records. Both the video and the song itself are utilized as an outlet for anger and personal experiences that Clark has had with racism. Watch below.
And finally, Judah & The Lion have released a new single titled “Over My Head.” This is the latest single released by the band since December 12th’s release of “Pep Talk” and “Quarter-Life Crisis.” The release follows the teasing image that the band has posted on their website, which you can view here. The follow-up singles continue until May; could this mean a new album is coming?
