Muse will be screening its Drones World Tour concert movie for a one-night-only in theater experience on July 12th. Instead of another trailer, the band has now released a performance video of their song, “Psycho,” from the tour. If this teaser is any indication, fans are in for a treat during the full film tomorrow.
Aside from the track itself, the video encompasses everything that Muse fans love about the group– the unique and ominous light show, the avant-garde conceptual elements projected onto the area screens, and an editing style that really accentuates all of these components.
The on-beat shakes to the thump of the kick drum and B-roll of fans jumping around during the band’s performance makes it feel like the band literally rocked the stadium with their sound. Fans can catch the 2016 concert performance second hand in theaters tomorrow.
