Halloween is a great excuse for women to wear lingerie and other risque outfits in public. The “sexy” costume has become a staple of late October festivities. Drones of ladies flock downtown or to parties in the skimpiest clothes while men are left to tape cardboard, cat fur and wigs to their bodies.
