Over the weekend we had the annual Flashback dance. Proceeds of which went to Bliss Kid Yoga, an organization making more after school programs available for kids. This means all the partying was for the kids y’all! Everyone came dressed in their best throwback outfits. Our finalists for the costume contest were from Pretty Woman, Dazed and Confused and Risky Business with Risky Business taking home the golden boombox trophy. The morning show crew dressed up as the Spice Girls! Jason as Ginger, Deb as Posh, Nick as Sporty, Katy as Scary and Bumblina as Baby Spice! Jason’s Bacon Burn
While cooking some eggs and bacon for him and Bumblina, Jason burnt his nether region from bacon grease. Don’t worry, he wasn’t trying to be a bacon-wrapped Dick, he was just making breakfast. He used to never really eat eggs often but now he looks forward to them on the weekends. He finds it strange because he didn’t usually eat eggs, but now eggs are one of the odyssey approved items. Deb said she looks forward to eggs on the weekend because she doesn’t just have to hard boil them. During the weekends she can leisurely cook up some eggs and enjoy them any version she wants! She brings hard-boiled eggs for lunch to work, which inspired her to do an on-air unboxing of her lunch for the day. It included: cottage cheese, sauerkraut, dolmas, and of course hard-boiled eggs! It sounds like bad gas in a bag, but at least it’s healthy!

Quien Es Mas Macho
It’s no one’s favorite time of the week when we play Quien Es Mas Macho! Over the weekend, the listener played a 1v.1 Call of Duty tournament and won. He also made some favor deliveries, got Rage Against the Machine tickets and helped put down wood flooring! On the other hand, Jason went to Flashback on Friday night and partied for the kids. On Saturday he did nothing all day until 5pm when he went to play poker and capped off the night seeing Doug Mellard at the Velveeta Room. Finally, on Sunday he played golf at crystal falls!
