Over the last two weeks, Madison Square Garden presented shows from the likes of Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Billy Joel. And from the looks of it, last Thursday evening was no different.
For those who may not know, Beck headlined the stage at the World’s Most Famous Arena on July 19th for the first time ever in his 25-year career.
Midway through his set Beck invited Britt Daniel onstage to perform “Dear Life” and a cover of Spoon’s “I Turn My Camera On” from the 2005 album Gimme Fiction.
The guest performance didn’t stop there when the 45-year-old singer brought out Jenny Lewis to the stage to help “Girl Dreams,” a song that hasn’t been played for over 15 years.
