It’s been a busy second half of the year for Liverpool-based Ladytron. The electro vets released a 20th anniversary edition of their second LP, Light and Magic, in August; then heralded their return to the new music game with “City Of Angels” this fall. It’ll be part of new album Time’s Arrow, due next month. “City Of Angels” comes with a typically haunting short film from the band:
