Cage The Elephant

After months of teasing us with promises of new music, Cage The Elephant has finally delivered a new single titled “Ready To Let Go.” The song was inspired by a trip that frontman Matt Shultz and his wife took to Pompei, where they realized that it was time to end their seven-year long relationship. Watch the official video for the track below.

The song will be featured on the band’s newest album Social Cues, which is due out April 19 through RCA Records. This is the band’s fifth studio album and was produced by John Hill, who has previously worked with artists such as Florence + The Machine, Foster The People, and Portugal. The Man—among many others. 

Cage The Elephant is currently scheduled to perform at Atlanta’s Shaky Knees Festival. We can expect more tour dates to be announced later on!
