Back in February, Albert Hammond Jr. released a single titled “Fast Times”; Now, The Strokes guitarist has premiered the accompanying music video for the track directed by James Marcus Haney. The video uses a combination of “aesthetics in sight, sound, and mind” to create “a video that would get you excited to come to a show,” Hammond shared in an interview with Consequence of Sound. “It became that and much more” adds the rocker. The Strokes announced their plan for a “global comeback” in December of last year and have since announced plans to perform at The Governors Ball and Lollapalooza, among a few other festivals in the states and overseas.
