Today’s catch comes from 31 year old electronic musician Sajeeb Saha…better known as Jai Wolf. The Bangladeshi-American, New York-based electronic music producer has just released a brand new single, which is the 4th in 2023. It’s an incredibly infectious little jam called “Don’t Look Down“, and features the singing talent of Banks. Interestingly, the track was written by Jai Wolf, Matthew Coma, and CHVRCHES’s Lauren Mayberry & Martin Doherty. It’s very well-made and has the electro-pop sound that you would hear from Banks & CHVRCHES. Also, “Don’t Look Down” (and the 3 previously released singles in2023) is the first work he has put out in 3 years. He is also going to embark on a tour called The Blue Babu Tour with a stop here on 8/11 at ACL Live. I’m hoping for a full length album in the near future.
