Today’s catch comes from one of my all time favorite bands…Underworld. Since late 2018, the iconic electronic musicians have been embarking on a project called DRIFT, which includes the release of a new song every Thursday of every week. These tracks were recorded all over the world, and are heavily influenced by their past catalog. This past Thursday they released their newest creation from DRIFT: Episode 5 Pt. 2 called “Mile Bush Pride“, and it’s a good one. I definitely hear the hypnotic beats looping with elements of trance piling on top of one another…true vintage Underworld. Straight from the bands YouTube page:

The DRIFT series will conclude in October (10/24) with the release of their new album, DRIFT SONGS. It will also be the most new songs released by Underworld in its one-year duration than in the last fifteen years.
