With buzz growing louder regarding new Blink-182 music coming soon, distinguished Blink alum Tom DeLonge has gotten a jump on his old bandmates by releasing new music from his decade-and-a-half old side project, Angels And Airwaves. “Rebel Girl”‘s release coincides with the announcement that AVA has inked a new deal with Rise Records. A 23-date North American Tour was also announced with the “Rebel Girl” release. Angels and Airwaves hit Austin on just the second stop of that trip: that’s Friday September 4 at Emo’s. Ticket details are here.
