And Liam’s second album won’t be the only Oasis Gallagher release next month, as Noel recently rolled out plans for the second of three promised EPs in 2019. This Is The Place follows Liam’s Why Me, Why Not? by a week–out September 27. Check out the title song, debuted on the 8/11 show:
In case you’ve missed it, The 1975 have opened each of their three LPs to date with a track called “The 1975.” Fourth album Notes On A Conditional Form will be true to the rule, preceded by a “The 1975” mostly void of Matt Healy vocals (he may be part of the studio chatter at the beginning). The new song employs the voice of teenaged Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg, reading one of her own impassioned essays calling for environmental action. Matty says this “The 1975” establishes the primary theme of the new LP, out this fall.
