UKTX Recap: The 7/21 Show

One lone newcomer joined the fray on the latest show:  London singer-songwriter Freya Ridings, with her new song, “Castles.”  The 25-year-old has some key elements in her stardom’s favor:  she’s a product of the BRIT School (an exclusive performing arts academy in the capital), whose products have included Adele, Amy Winehouse, and current Spiderman Tom Holland; also, the voice of her dad, Richard Ridings, happens to be that of Daddy Pig on 7′-1″ Peppa Pig’s eponymous animated tv show.

Freya Ridings’ debut album arrived on the weekend, including pre-album release smash “Lost Without You”, which blew up in 2017 after being included in a critical scene in the UK version of Love Island.   Here’s the official “Castles” video:
