Today we had Doug Benson on the program with us to play the IMDB game. It was a little difficult with a phone delay but we managed the best we could! You can check out the game during the 8 AM podcast. Doug also is coming to Austin even though SXSW is canceled and will be doing several shows! You can catch him at Cap City Comedy club tomorrow night, March 12th and next Wednesday the 18th will be taping an episode of Doug Loves Movies! In addition, he’ll be doing some Master Pancake guest appearances! Best of all, he’ll be joining us during our St. Paddy’s day podcast to play some games and drink green beer! More details to come with that but you can check out Doug’s twitter for more info on all of his upcoming Austin performances!
SXSW was canceled, but I’m still coming to Austin next week. So keep an eye out for possible DLM tapings and a Master Pancake.
(Don’t know what Master Pancake is? Google it!)
And I’ll probably pop in to do a set in one or two of the @danielvankirk shows at @CapCityComedy!

Please and Thank You
Jason says it’s time to cut it out with the “please and thank yous.” Don’t be that guy who when asking someone to do something you say “please and thank you.” He thinks that when you do this it turns your request into a command. Jason argues that if you are thanking someone beforehand it’s expecting them to already do it, making it a command. As per usual, Deb, Nick, and Katy disagree. They think it’s just a thank-you in advance, and usually, the person will thank you again after whatever they asked you to do is complete! Even if it is what Jason thinks it is, maybe he should just be more okay with people giving him commands. Come back down from that affluence hill of yours!
Super Bernie Bros
Producer Nick went on a video gaming spree with this new game he found online. It’s called Super Bernie Bros and you can check out pictures and play the game here!
