Monday night, Jason was playing at a poker game and the whole last hour he was fantasizing about what he wants to eat when he gets done. He was debating between wings and Chinese and he went with good ol’ saucy wings. As an advanced eating while driving guy, he drove home with the box of wings in the passenger seat and a cup of ranch on the other side. He thought he did a great job enjoying his wings while driving, but when he got into the car the next day he discovered leftover sauce from his wings all over his hat! We wonder if Jason’s hat will ever be able to recover.
TWO DAYS UNTIL COMPETITION
The MAVS Charity Classic is just two days away! After unveiling her bikini yesterday, Deb is officially ready for the competition to be here. Despite some former stomach troubles, Deb was experiencing some pain with her LABERUm, but no worries, NeuFit was able to zap those pains right out. Now, the net task Deb needs to get her nerves out for is her group spray tan. If you’re going to the show and you see Deb rocking her tan and strutting in her heels, wish her the best!
LINDA LISTENS
On today’s show, Jason’s friend and city council candidate, Lina O’Neal joined us in studio to talk about her platform and how she decided to step up and run for city council. She decided to run after getting tired of just participating in politics as “Facebook activist”, and as a teacher and wife of a firefighter, she wanted to be able to represent all walks of life. O’Neal is running for city council district 9, which covers the downtown Austin area, and on a platform of keeping Austin accountable and affordable. Jason and Deb also discussed the building of the new soccer stadiums in Austin during her visit.

Today we called Apple A Day Natural Food Market in Miami Beach, Florida. Deb started the conversation by asking if they sold hummus and they said no, and explained that they were not a market store anymore, and they are now a restaurant. Although, Apple A Day served up many delicious vegan options and many healthy food choices, they didn’t dish out any love for Deb today.
