Kawhi Leonard has completed the last step in making the trade from the San Antonio Spurs official and has officially passed his physical with the Toronto Raptors.
Danny Green, who was sent to the Raptors with Leonard, and DeMar DeRozan, who is now with the Spurs, have also passed their physicals.
Kawhi Leonard reportedly will not attend the Team USA Basketball minicamp in Las Vegas. Instead, Leonard will use the time to prepare to transition to the Toronto Raptors.
LA RAMS TODD GURLEY AGREES TO $45 MILLION DEAL
The Los Angeles Rams and running back Todd Gurley have agreed to a four-year record breaking contract extension.
The extension keeps Gurley under contract through 2023, and apparently, the deal is worth $60 million and includes $45 million guaranteed, the largest guarantee ever given to a running back.
