THE ‘BRADY BUNCH’ HOUSE WAS SOLD TO HGTV
Over the weekend, a ‘Hollywood studio’ swooped in and outbid Lace Bass for the “Brady Bunch” house.
HGTV was the mysterious ‘Hollywood studio’ and they plan to restore the house to its 1970’s glory on a future show, but there’s no details on that yet.
The house was only used for the exterior shots and all the indoor scenes were filmed on a set. So, it’s unclear if they will try to replicate the inside, or return it to how the house would’ve looked in the ’70s.
Lance was furious after he lost the house, but apparently, he’s a big fan of HGTV.
HGTV??! Aw man. I’d be pretty upset if it were anyone else, but how can you be mad at HGTV?? My television is stuck on that channel. Kudos HGTV, I know you will do the right thing with the house. That was always my biggest worry. I can smile again.
