Jason Admits He Was Wrong
Last week Jason was trying to convince us that at one point Texas had allowed liquor stores to be open on a Sunday. Lie detector test determined that was completely made up. Turns out there’s a weird rule that liquor stores have to be closed for a specific amount of days each year, and they don’t get credit if Sunday is a holiday. So in that case, they would also be closed on the following Monday as well. Naturally, Jason’s brain took this knowledge and just assumed they would be allowed to open on Sunday instead. Wishful thinking for sure, but at least he’s evolving enough to admit he was wrong. Eventually.
Love Is A Lie
Jason’s social medias were bombarded by listeners sending him the news that Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari are getting divorced. Jason was a huge Jay Cutler fan, not because of his football skills, but because he was Jason’s favorite part of the reality show, Very Cavallari. Will this mean Jay Cutler will finally get his own reality show like Jason’s always wanted? Probably not, but a Dickman can dream.
I Love You Call
As a sign of the times, we’ve pivoted the I Love You Call from calling random business to calling your loved ones who might need an extra boost in these trying times. Today we called Listener Tori’s brother-in-law Eduardo, who just had a new baby last week. Luckily he wasn’t too busy doing new father stuff to answer and we had another lovely chat.

CoronaChaos
The Central Texas Food Bank is holding a drive-thru emergency food distribution from 9am to noon, this Thursday, April 30th, at the Toney Burger Stadium in South Austin. Those in need will receive an emergency food box containing approximately 28 pounds of food consisting of such shelf-stable items as peanut butter, brown rice, canned tuna or chicken, and canned fruit. They will also receive a box of hygiene items such as baby wipes, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste and shaving items.
