Every week day we go through a round of questioning with Deb for a little game we like to call “Does Deb Know Stuff?” If you guess her answers correctly, you win cool stuff.
We’re taking the game off air for a week and putting you in the hot spot for the chance to win a pair of fan badges to Fantastic Fest 2018. This will guarantee you and your guest a seat at all screening rounds during the entire 8-day festival (just not necessarily your first choice of film in each round). Most films screen more than once so you should be able to see everything you want, with the exception of films like secret screenings and opening/closing films. The Fan Badges also include access to all of the Fantastic Fest parties, including the opening and closing night parties.
To win, the rules are simple: read the questions, created by Producer Nick, below then send in your answers to morningx@krox.com. We’ll pick the winner that comes closest to the correct answers.
Can you guess what indie movies Nick is describing?
- A modern-day hitman practices follows the way of the samurai while working for a mafia crime family.
- Two engineers fall victim to greed and betrayal after inventing time travel in their garage.
- A car tire comes to life and goes on a killing spree using its psychokinetic powers.
- A miner’s solitary life on the moon is shattered after he discovers the true nature of his job.
- A trouble teenager travels through time, or something, after meeting a rabbit named Frank.
