The C.E. King High School football team lost nearly everything when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston a year ago. Now, thanks to the Houston Texans, the team will have a new field to play on this season.
The Texans announced that they are donating the turf they played on at NRG Stadium last season to the high school, whose field was flooded and destroyed by Harvey. The team, which had to be bused to a local elementary school for classes last year, lost most of its football equipment due to the flood.
TWITTER PRANKSTER DOCTORED LITTLE LEAGUE BALLPLAYER’S GRAPHIC
A tweet went viral when a photo surfaced of a little league ballplayer listing his favorite actor as adult film star Johnny Sins in an ESPN graphic. As it turns out, the graphic was photo-shopped.
Even Sins was fooled, as he put out a post on Instagram with the caption that the kid is going to have game.
Many were split on whether the prank was funny or just immature, as the little league ballplayer’s name will from now own be associated with the adult film actor.
The Twitter prankster who doctored the image, confirmed the image was photo-shopped.
There is a photoshopped graphic from a recent Little League World Series telecast making the rounds. Please disregard it. For clarity, here is a screengrab of the actual graphic which aired on ESPN pic.twitter.com/6gnRMBaPzP

BRUCE BOWEN WON’T RETURN AS CLIPPERS ANALYST FOLLOWING KAWHI LEONARD COMMENTS
After critical comments about 2019 free-agent Kawhi Leonard, Bruce Bowen won’t be renewed as color game analyst next season.
Bruce Bowen and the Clippers were supposed to move forward on a new deal before Bowen’s comments on Leonard.
The decision not to renew Bowen, a three-time NBA champion with the Spurs, is an example of the team’s inclination to possibly acquire Leonard in 2019.
For the Clippers, eliminating Bowen displays the clear message of how they plan to protect key players.
