C Of The Week

This week’s C of the Week is allergies. When Deb first moved to Austin everyone warned her that the allergies would eventually come for her. She managed to avoid them the first few years, but lately they’ve been driving her crazy. She’s got an extremely itchy nose and having to wear a mask all the time doesn’t help with that at all. But she still does, because it’s the right thing to do. But, allergies, you can get in the bin already.

I Love You Call

As a sign of the times, we’ve pivoted the I Love You Call from calling random business to calling your loved ones who might need an extra boost in these trying times. Today we called Producer Nick’s mom again. He originally wanted to call his little sister to wish her happy birthday, but her phone was off so we had to pivot last second. Nick had his mom break down the various head injuries he had as a child. We learned that Nick managed to fall out of his crib as a baby, he cut his head open falling into the toy box at daycare, twice, and had an incident with a pogo stick and the concrete floor of their garage. Luckily none of these caused Nick any lasting harm and his brain is totally fine today. Right? Right!

We’ve Still Been Talking About These Pants

All week we’ve been showing off the new pants that Jason ordered after losing a ton of weight. Today, we took a picture of him wearing some old shorts and it really lets you see how dramatic of a change it’s been.
