Big news! We’re now live on your radio all the way until noon. You can still get us on your smart home assistant listening box thing (just tell Alexa and Google to play Jason and Deb). Or you can just download the 101X app on your phone and stream us from there! And there’s always the good old podcast.
Deb’s Diary
Guys Deb is tired. In fact she’s downright exhausted. After a three-month hiatus she’s back in the gym, and is it ever kicking her ass. She’s been at it for a week now and doesn’t remember it being this hard. Meanwhile Jason is up to three-a-days now between golf, basketball and his daily walks. Have we entered a new era where Jason is the fittest person on the show? Better get at it Deb!
Remember When Playground Were Dangerous
Today Jason told us he was considering getting back into racquetball. Apparently he used to play with his ex-roommate Jeff back in the day. According to himself, he had excellent ball skills, but lacked conditioning. This somehow got us talking about games we used to play as kids. Deb told about how Kerb Ball was all the rage back in the UK, and the most dangerous thing on the playground was the witch’s hat. Based on a quick YouTube search, that checks out. What was your playground game of choice growing up?
I Love You Call
Today we tried out doing an old-school I Love You Call and called an actual business. We wanted to try to find Jason a racquetball court in Miami, but couldn’t find one that was open. We managed to find a doughnut shop in Atlanta that would pick up, but Deb managed to confuse them by asking about jam-filled ones instead of jelly-filled. Not to spoil anything, but if you’ve got someone in your life who could use an I Love You Call from Deb to boost their spirits, it’s not too late to get your nomination in.
