Monday night, Jason was playing at a poker game and the whole last hour he was fantasizing about what he wants to eat when he gets done. He was debating between wings and Chinese and he went with good ol’ saucy wings. As an advanced eating, while driving guy, he drove home with the box of wings in the passenger seat and a cup of ranch on the other side. He thought he did a great job enjoying his wings while driving, but when he got into the car the next day he discovered leftover sauce from his wings all over his hat! We wonder if Jason’s hat will ever be able to recover.
Instagram Ads Got Deb
Deb doesn’t normally give into Instagram suggested advertisements, but she was looking for a new duvet and saw the most perfectly-plush duvet online. This time, she avoided the downpour of more suggested ads and checked out through Google, but of course, she was reeled in with another item and she just had to buy an Instagram top. Her online duvet purchase still isn’t in, but she’s not worried because she knows exactly when it will be shipped. Unfortunately, she can’t say the same for her top from Instagram which will arrive TBD. Maybe Jason can give her some tips since he is an Instagram shopping pro. That photo of a bag of money in his kitchen is all thanks to an Instagram ad. Hopefully, Deb’s top comes in sometime this year.
Producer Nick Goes to Mexico
Producer Nick was out the first two days of this week because he was at his cousin’s wedding in Mexico. Today he is back and shared his experience in Mexico with us. First of all, Nick came highly unprepared for his trip. His phone barely works in the United States so, of course, it wasn’t working properly in Mexico. As soon as he got off the plane Nick attempted to get a taxi to his hotel which was somewhere within the airport. Since his phone wasn’t working he decided to give up and just start walking to the hotel. A cab stopped him and the driver wanted to charge him $50 to bring him to the hotel, but Nick negotiated it down to $20.
To get to the wedding resort Nick rented a car and found out the roads in Mexico are straight out of Mad Max: Fury Road. Unfortunately for Nick he was pulled over in his rental car and had to bribe the cop rather than going down to the station to get back his license. After arriving at the resort and telling his family what had happened, Nick’s uncle took pity on him and got him a room in the resort. After a few bumps in the road, Nick finally got his piña colada on the beach and all was right in the world.
