Today Matt and Spenny discuss the impact that films in the 1970s had on the rest of the industry. Two notable films you might have heard of – The Godfather and, oh, I don’t know Star Wars: A New Hope! Maybe you’ve heard of a little horror film called The Excorcist? At the very least, these movies have had huge impacts on filmmakers and the entirety of the film industry. Listen in as we nerd out slightly despite our ignorance.
Still no CJ today, as he’s out sick with COVID, but he’ll be back soon. He’s already on the mend and feeling better day after day. STOP WORRYING ABOUT HIM. HE’S A GROWN-ASS MAN. HE’LL BE FINE.
Here are some other topics Bearden and The Producer discuss:
- Robo-taxis are coming to Dallas for some test runs
- People are tipping less now on average across the country
- Legal cannabis has just made its way into a Federal bill – no freakin’ way!
- Dog food is delicious, one man finds out
And Matt deprives Spenny of a pizza that he earned fair and square on the previous episode. How fair!
There’s more. You get the idea, though. Have some fun and give us a listen.
