Amy Winehouse was well known for her eccentric attitude and her angelic voice that made anyone fall in love with her, even if you didn’t want to. But who was Amy before she was catapulted into the spotlight?
This year, SXSW will unveil a never before seen in North America exhibit: the Back To Amy exhibit. The exhibit will take place at Holy Roller from March 12-16 as part of the official SXSW program and will feature never-before-seen images of a younger Amy Winehouse all taken by photographer Charles Moriarty, as well as special performances and media experiences each day. What’s even better is that you don’t need a badge to experience this event, it’s free and open to the public! Find details on the event and more here, and make sure to add this to your list of things to check out during SXSW 2019.
