Friday, January 17th

Matthew McConaughey Impression Showdown Alright Alright All Night

Spider House Cafe & Ballroom

This Friday, head to Spider House Cafe & Ballroom for an impression showdown dedicated to Austin’s most beloved superstar, Matthew McConaughey. The contest will include impressions by some of the best comedians in town and a surprise guest judge! With surprises, sponsors, and a photo booth, this showdown is gonna go all night, all night, all night. 

Open Canopy | 7 pm-10 pm |

Canopy

This Friday, studios and galleries at Canopy welcome the public to view current exhibitions and studio work for free. There will be free drinks for 21+ and networking opportunities for all. So if you’re an aspiring artist or just a fan, this event is definitely worth checking out. 

 

Saturday, January 18th

Women's March ATX 1.18.20

Women’s March ATX Rally | 12 pm-3 pm |

Texas State Capitol

The Women’s March on the Texas Capitol will take place this weekend. Gather around thousands of others who are committed to standing up for the rights of ALL women. March to energize, engage, and unite populations that have been historically ignored, suppressed and sidelined. 

Saturday In-Store Party | 12 pm-6 pm |

Fine Southern Gentlemen (East Side)

Head to Fine Southern Gentlemen for their first Saturday In-Store Party of the year! Enjoy vendor pop-ups, free drinks for 21+, music, and more. 

 

Sunday, January 19th

Coffee and Cars

Circuit Of The Americas

Central Texas’ biggest gathering of auto enthusiasts returns this month for a community-oriented car show like no other! Cars & Coffee Austin takes over COTA’s Lot A for a pop-up car show for the entire crew. The event is free for spectators and a $5 donation if you wish to participate in the show.

Kitten Yoga Benefitting APA! | 3 pm-4:30 pm |

Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studio

Get your flow on and say hello to adorable kittens with an hour-long beginner-friendly yoga session! There will also be an extra half hour of kitty playtime for you to enjoy afterward! Who knows, you might meet your newest furry family member while there! Space is limited, so secure your spot now.
