Lollapalooza to Livestream Over 150 Performances

Lollapalooza was originally canceled back in June due to the coronavirus pandemic. Now, the festival is coming to you this year. The annual Chicago festival will be live streaming more than 150 performances beginning Thursday, July 30 through Sunday, August 2.

The live stream will be available to watch for free on YouTube. Check out the full schedule and lineup!

National Wing Showdown 2020 | Various Locations | 2PM

Wings all weekend long. Sounds like a pretty good time. Fulfill your taste buds with some delicious wings all over town this weekend for the National Wing Showdown. With Uber Eats, you can have some flavorful wings delivered to your home. Participating locations include Second Bar + Kitchen, Chi’lantro, Wings N More, Southside Flying Pizza, and more.

Summer Drive-In Film Festival Weekend Three | EVO Drive-In in Kyle | Friday-Saturday

Head over to Kyle this weekend for their Summer Drive-In Film Festival. They’ll be screening The Goonies! You can enjoy the film from your own vehicle while practicing social distancing. The festival will be hosted by The Breakfast Club actor Anthony Michael Hall. Tickets are $25 per vehicle. A 45-minute interactive Q&A will be held with Hall himself. Grab tickets now while you can.

Paint Your Pet | Online | Saturday

Need some new house decor? Paint your furry friend. The online class is hosted by the Hill Country Humane Society. Register now and you’ll be provided with the supplies you need to work on your masterpiece. Registration for one is $45. Instructors will be on the call to demonstrate a portrait of their own to show you a variety of techniques. Details above.

Round Rock: Hairy Men vs San Antonio Flying Chanclas at Dell Diamond | Dell Diamond | Sunday

Anyone up for a game of baseball? Tickets are currently on sale, game will be vs Flying Chanclas at Dell Diamond. The Round Rock Express team is nicknamed as the Round Rock Hairy Men as an acknowledgement to “the area’s local urban legend.” The Dell Diamond is currently enforcing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the State of Texas to keep everyone safe. Attendees who have been exposed to COVID-19 are encouraged to stay home. Details above!

 

I Know What You Did Last Summer | Blue Starlite Drive In | 11:10PM

Summer’s a bummer so go watch a bunch of teens have a more “thrilling” and “adventurous” time. “I Know What You Did Last Summer” will be screening at the Blue Starlite Drive-In on Sunday! Get your tickets now.
