The 23rd Annual DHA MLK Celebration will begin at the LBJ/MLK Crossroads Memorial at 9:30 a.m. in San Marcos, TX. Join us for the wreath-laying ceremony at the Crossroads Memorial, followed by a silent walk to the Hays County Courthouse Square where there will be a keynote address and brief program.
